On July 3rd, OpenAI temporarily disabled the Browse with Bing feature on ChatGPT, citing issues with inappropriate content display and respect for content owners' rights.

As an option, I’d recommend checking out the Webpilot plugin or any of the other plugins dedicated to Web Content Access.
